Introduction of Fused Cast Zirconia Corundum Brick
Fused cast zirconia corundum brick is also called as AZS brick, fused cast zirconia corundum brick, the English abbreviation is AZS, it is according to three chemical constitution of Al2O3-Zr02-Sio2 ternary diagram, ranked by the content of them, select “Z” from Zr02, select “S” form Sio2, national standard adopts this abbreviation, such as 33 fused zirconia corundum brick, abbreviated to AZS33#, 36 fused zirconia brick, abbreviated to AZS36#, 41 fused zirconia corundum brick. Abbreviated to AZS41#. 33,36 and 41 are named according to the content of Al2O3. For example, fused zirconia corundum brick AZS41 is refer to the fused zirconia corundum brick contained with the content of 41% alumina oxide, fused zirconia corundum brick AZS36is refer to the fused zirconia corundum brick contained with the content of 36% alumina oxide, fused zirconia corundum brick AZS33 is refer to the fused zirconia corundum brick contained with the content of 33% alumina oxide.
Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS33#

Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS36#
Except have the co-crystal with AZS33#, owing to add more chain circuit zirconia crystalline, at the same time, the glass phase content is low, so the corrosion resistance of AZS 36# brick get further enhanced., so it is suitable for the areas where the glass liquid flows fast or the area with high temperature..
AZS 36 is of excellent performance in AZS series, with the properties of strong erosion resistance to glass liquid and low pollution. It is usually used in the key parts of wall of glass furnace near the melting tank.
Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS 41#
Except the co-crystal of silica oxide, alumina oxide, also contained with the uniformly distributed zirconia oxide crystalline , in zirconia corundum brick system, its erosion resisting is the best. So, it is used in the key parts of glass kiln.
AZS 41 brick has the best performance of the AZS series, with the strong corrosion resistance to glass phase and the property of high exudation temperature of glass furnace, low pollution to glass liquid. It is widely used in wall of glass furnace hot spots, dog-house, throat, furnace ridge and full electric melting furnace.
