Characteristics of Alumina Hollow Ball Insulating Refractory Brick

1. High operating temperature, which can reach above 1750 degree.
2. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body. Nowadays, high temperature resistant materials are all of heavy bricks. The bulk density is 2.6-3.0g/cm, while the alumina hollow ball insulating refractory brick is only 1.1~1.5g/cm, under the condition of the same cubic meter volume. The alumina hollow ball insulating bricks can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons.
3. To achieve the same use temperature, if using the heavy bricks, the price is equal to that of alumina hollow brick, and considerable insulation material is needed. If alumina hollow ball bricks are used,  1.1-1.9 tons  heavy bricks per cubic meter can be saved, and 80% of fire-resistant insulating materials can be saved.
4. Alumina hollow spheres have obvious thermal insulation characteristics and low thermal conductivity. They can play a good insulation effect, reduce heat emission and improve thermal efficiency, thereby realize the purpose of saving energy. The energy saving effect is more than 30%.

Alumina hollow ball insulating refractory brick and its products are light refractories with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving, which are very stable in various atmospheres.
