High processing temperature , can directly contact with flame and achieve high temperature energy saving. low thermal conductivity, good insulation.

The production process of mullite refractory bricks is similar with that of the  high alumina brick: mixing, molding, drying and sintering process etc.. The firing temperature and ingredients, materials and purity is related to refractory functional requirements, refractoriness is generally 1500～1700℃.
